This is dedicated to Madonna and the dogs in our lives, past, present and future - Sue Vogt
Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 9:30AM Sleeping on your mats, toys before you on the floor
Your doggy lives stretch out in measures of days
Long and oh to short
The joy you bring breaks hearts
Changes lives
Makes us kinder
Sadder
More connected perhaps to the present
More convinced perhaps
of heaven
For what are you but a gift
A flash of play in a world of work
Unconditional love
In a universe of rules
A sloppy smooch
A paw print on a shirt
A woof in the dark
Then you steal away
With our souls

I knew a lot of your dogs over the years. Thoren Oakensield, (the K-9 King Ronnie, Bella, Bach and the rest of the crew..
I know how attached you were to Madonna.
I enjoyed seeing her learn to skateboard.
I watched her progress to be the best puppy you ever had.
You have lost a good companion and I offer my condolences.
Dear Ken,
I am so very, very sorry and saddened by the loss of your little aussie girl Madonna--what a princess in a spidey outfit and on a skate board. Such a bright aussie pup that brought joy and entertainment into your life. That's just like an Aussie! For her you were everything and you didn't disappoint her-----she felt your love and I hope that will give you comfort. Sharon and Belle.
Dear Kenny & Sue, we're so very sorry to hear of the totally unexpected loss of darling Madonna.
We know how much you adored her and spoiled her rotten.
True her time on this earth was very short, but it was also very high quality. In sharing you lives
and hiome with her, you gave her unselfishly of your love, time, friendship and care.
Grieve your loss but at the same time, be grateful for the short time she shared her life with you and
rejoice that you had to opportunity to share so much love and happiness.
Love,
Cris, Tom, Bernie & Samson
Dear Ken and Sue,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Madonna was a great puppy and so much fun to have in class.
I am sure she will be showing all the puppies in Heaven how to skateboard and teaching them Rally O.
She will be missed greatly.
Love Lillian and Milou
