Biography
Ken Araujo was born in Waterbury, CT. He obtained his Bachelors degree from Goddard College in Vermont and his Masters of Divinity degree from Bangor Theological Seminary in Bangor, Maine.
He has 17 years experience in law enforcement in New England and in Florida, and has worked in parole and probation, served as a sworn deputy, been a police trainer and a K9 officer, and has trained patrol dogs, drug dogs and bomb dogs. He holds numerous trainer and instructor trainer certifications in police defensive tactics as well as canine training.
He has also served as a pastoral minister in congregations in New England, and counseled in institutional settings including medical and psychiatric hospitals as well as substance abuse treatment programs.

He and his canine Ronny retired from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office in 1996. He now devotes himself to full-time training of companion dogs in the private sector. visit: www.kennel101.com
